Alex Jackson, formerly of Sardine and now head chef at the Garden Museum Café, takes over the Quality Wines kitchen for one Sunday lunch. His cooking draws on French regional food, Provence and the French Mediterranean above all. It is part of Quality Wines and Friends, the monthly Sunday series in which Nick Bramham hosts a guest chef.
